Alton House Hotel

Alton House Hotel is a country house hotel in the market town of Alton, Hampshire, with 43 en-suite bedrooms and a well-established garden. The Jane Austen Suite is licensed for civil ceremonies and seats up to 120 guests, with its own private entrance and a view over the garden.

Couples who prefer to marry outdoors can use the licensed garden pavilion, which is available all year round, weather permitting. The wedding breakfast is served in the same suite, which has sliding doors to the garden, air conditioning and heating, and a function bar reserved for private events.

The wedding package covers the Jane Austen Suite and gardens, white chair covers, tablecloths and napkins, drinks, canapes, a three-course wedding breakfast, an evening buffet and the honeymoon suite for the couple. A dedicated wedding coordinator helps with planning, and the hotel works with Lemon Stone Events on menus.
