It's how far a supplier's coverage reaches from the area you picked. Some work in one city; others travel anywhere in the country.

By subscription plan first, then by whether the supplier covers your area. Someone on a higher plan can appear above a nearer supplier on a lower one — so it's worth scrolling past the first few results.

Someone on our team reads every listing before it goes public. New listings stay hidden until they pass that check, and later edits are checked as well.

A short description of what you're after — the service, your date, your area and anything else that matters to you. Write it once instead of chasing suppliers one by one, and the ones who match come back to you.

Up to five suppliers per category can reply to each request. How many do depends on your category and your area: popular categories near big towns draw more replies than a specialist service in a rural spot. Whatever arrives, you are never obliged to take any of them.

We check every request before it reaches suppliers, so there is a short wait before the first quotes arrive. After that, it comes down to how many suppliers cover your area and how quickly they reply.

No. Reply to the ones you like and leave the rest. Nothing is booked until you arrange it with a supplier yourself.

Suppliers browsing requests see your occasion, date, area and the categories you need — not your name and not your contact details. To get in touch about your request, a supplier on a paid plan opens it, and that is the moment your name, email and phone become visible to them. Only a limited number per category can do this, so your details don't circulate widely. Whatever you write in the description is shared along with them, so leave out anything you'd rather keep to yourself.

Yes. With an account you can message suppliers through the platform and keep the whole conversation in one place.

No. We introduce you — the agreement, the deposit and the payment are strictly between you and the supplier you book. We're not part of that contract and we take no commission from it.

Yes, please do. Reviews come from real couples who used the platform, and they're what the next couple reads before deciding.

Open your account settings — your name, contact details and preferences are all editable, at any time.

Yes. Every notification email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can switch them off in your account settings. Essential messages about your account, your requests and your quotes are always sent.
