Calcot Hotel

Calcot Hotel is an independently run hotel on the Bath Road on the outskirts of Reading, Berkshire, 0.6 miles off the M4. It has 80 guestrooms and two function rooms for weddings, so couples can hold the ceremony, reception and wedding breakfast under one roof.

The Kennet & Avon Suite has a private bar and staging for entertainment, and holds 230 guests for a reception and 180 for a wedding breakfast. The Loddon Suite is the smaller room, for a wedding of around 48. Both are licensed for civil ceremonies, for up to 120 and 40 guests.

The hotel hosts cultural weddings, civil ceremonies and partnerships. It offers Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum packages, or a bespoke one, with an all-inclusive set price covering the function room, food and drink, accommodation and entertainment. A dedicated wedding co-ordinator looks after each couple from first enquiry to the day.
