Chris Ellis Ceremonies

Chris Ellis is an independent civil celebrant based in Surrey, creating and conducting personalised wedding ceremonies, as well as funeral, memorial and naming ceremonies, across Surrey, Sussex and Kent.

He works with each couple to write a ceremony that fits them, whether that is traditional with vows and an exchange of rings, or built around other rituals and cultural traditions woven together. The ceremony can be held anywhere, at any time and with any theme. His site describes his approach as calm, caring and supportive, and he has Google reviews rated Excellent.

Before becoming a celebrant he was a naval officer, a computer programmer and a marketing manager. He is a father of four and says he has always enjoyed words and speaking in public.
