Mr Popeye Ice Cream

Mr Popeye is a restored 1965 Mini ice cream van available to hire for weddings, events and shows across Surrey, Sussex and further afield, using a custom trailer for longer distances. The site says it is believed to be the world's earliest surviving Mini ice cream van, restored over about two years by lifelong Mini enthusiasts.

For weddings it can serve cones at a garden party or act as a dessert option for an evening reception, and the van is also used for photographs. The menu includes dairy flavours such as Vanilla Clotted Cream, Very Cherry, Succulent Strawberry, Mint Choc Chip and Salted Caramel, plus plant-based options. The site lists the villages it covers around Cranleigh, Dorking and Horsham, and is taking bookings for 2027. Public liability insurance and food certifications are listed.
