Hamiltons Events

Hamilton's Events is a bespoke event caterer based in Weybridge, Surrey, with a second contact number for Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. It was founded in 2004 by Executive Chef Carter Williamson, who has more than 30 years of professional culinary experience, and covers London, Surrey, Hampshire and the surrounding counties.

For weddings it does not offer standard packages and writes a new menu for each couple. Menus can cover canapes on arrival through to an evening supper and even brunch the next day, in formats from fork buffets and grazing tables to three-course sit-down meals, wedding picnics and gourmet BBQs. An operational manager can coordinate the day, and the service staff wear company uniform.

The cooking is seasonal and ingredient-led, using local producers where possible.
