Happy Plate

Happy Plate is a London catering company led by chef Kirsty Langschmidt. Kirsty trained at the HTA College of Culinary Arts in Johannesburg, then worked for over six years at Soho House in London and for more than five years as a private chef before founding the business.

For weddings Happy Plate offers full-service catering covering the drinks reception, wedding breakfast and late-evening dining. Menus are bespoke and built around the couple's wedding, with private tastings, seasonal ingredients and dietary needs and allergies managed for every guest. Dining can be a formal sit-down meal, a relaxed buffet or outdoor dining, depending on the venue.

Happy Plate also provides canapé, corporate and event catering, and works with partner venues and an event staffing company for front-of-house and bar staff.
