Nanny Sam's Cakes

Nanny Sam's Cakes is run by Samantha Rosam from her purpose-built studio in Lee-on-the-Solent, on the Hampshire coast. She specialises in bespoke wedding cakes, from traditional fondant tiers to buttercream and semi-naked designs and wedding cupcake towers. Flowers can be fresh, sugar or silk.

Samantha designs and bakes every cake herself and delivers each wedding cake personally, handling the set-up at the venue. Couples start with a complimentary consultation, then receive designs and a quotation, with cake samples arranged. A £75 non-refundable deposit saves your date, and the final balance is due a month before the wedding.

Her work has been recognised in the Wedding Industry Awards, where she was a regional finalist in 2023 and 2024, and she has won Hitched Wedding Awards in 2025 and 2026. She covers Hampshire, including Portsmouth, Southampton, Gosport, Fareham, Winchester and the New Forest.
